FASFAS — Fashion Quick Commerce Platform
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Fasfas Apparels Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Fasfas", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at F-34, 3rd Floor, Block F, Dilshad Colony, East Delhi, Delhi-110095, India, collects, uses, shares, stores, processes, and protects the personal information of users ("User", "you", or "your") who access or use the Fasfas mobile application, website www.fasfas.in, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
Fasfas operates a fashion quick commerce marketplace that offers approximately 60-minute delivery of fashion products with a try-and-buy facility, currently servicing the Delhi NCR region. Fasfas also offers a Size Profiling Service that enables personalised size and fit recommendations based on body measurements voluntarily provided by Users.

Personal Data / Personal Information
Any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data, including but not limited to name, address, contact number, email, body measurements, location data, and other information defined under applicable Indian law.
Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI)
Has the meaning ascribed to it under Rule 3 of the SPDI Rules and includes passwords, financial information, physical, physiological and mental health condition, biometric information, body measurements where they relate to physical condition, and any detail relating to the above as provided to us for providing services.
Data Principal
Means the individual to whom the Personal Data relates, as defined under the DPDP Act.
Data Fiduciary
Means Fasfas, which determines the purpose and means of processing of Personal Data.
Try-and-Buy Service
Means the facility offered by Fasfas wherein a User may try ordered fashion products at the delivery location for a window of 15-20 minutes.
Size Profile Data
Means body measurements, fit preferences, sizing history, and related physical attribute information voluntarily provided by you or derived through your use of the Size Profiling Service.
Aggregated Data
Means data that has been combined, anonymised, or de-identified such that it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual User.
Brand Partners
Means third-party fashion brands, sellers, manufacturers, designers, or vendors whose products are listed, sold, or fulfilled through the Platform.
The collection, use, storage, processing, sharing, and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Policy.
Receiving communications from Fasfas, including calls, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp messages, emails, push notifications, and in-app messages, including marketing and promotional communications as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Cross-border transfer of your Personal Data to locations outside India, where applicable service providers, cloud infrastructure providers, or analytics partners are located, subject to compliance with applicable Indian law.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
Account Information
Name, mobile number, email address, gender, date of birth, password, and profile picture (optional).
Delivery Information
Residential address, office address, landmarks, pin code, geo-location coordinates, alternate contact number, and delivery instructions.
Identity & Verification Information
For certain transactions, identity verification documents or proof of address as permitted by law.
Payment Information
Bank account details, UPI IDs, credit/debit card details (tokenised through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways), wallet identifiers, and transaction history. Fasfas does not store full card numbers or CVV on its own servers.
Size Profile Data
Height, weight, body measurements (such as bust/chest, waist, hips, shoulder width, inseam, sleeve length, neck, thigh, foot size), body type or shape, size preferences, fit preferences, historical sizing choices, fit ratings, and any photographs or scans (where you opt to use AI-based or visual sizing tools).
Communication Data
Information shared via customer support chats, calls, emails, feedback, reviews, ratings, and survey responses.
User-Generated Content
Photographs, videos, reviews, ratings, comments, and other content uploaded by you.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device Information
Device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, IP address, browser type, and language settings.
Location Data
Precise geo-location (latitude/longitude) collected via GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth beacons, or cellular signals, when you grant permission. Coarse location (city, pin code) is also collected for serviceability checks.
Usage Data
Pages viewed, products browsed, search queries, click patterns, time spent, wishlists, cart activity, referral URLs, and date/time stamps.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
As described in Section 10.
Transaction Records
Order ID, items purchased, items returned during trial, partial acceptance details, refunds, and delivery completion data.
3.3 Information Collected from Third Parties
Brand Partners and Sellers
Product availability, returns, fit feedback, and quality issues.
Logistics & Rider Partners
Delivery status, rider location, time of arrival, and trial completion confirmations.
Payment Gateway Partners
Transaction status, payment method, settlement information, and failure/refund details.
Social Media & Federated Login
Profile information where you choose to register/log in via Google, Facebook, Apple, etc.
Marketing & Analytics Partners
Campaign effectiveness, attribution data, and aggregated user behaviour data.
4. DEVICE PERMISSIONS WE REQUEST
4.1 Location Permission
Purpose
To detect serviceability, auto-fill addresses, enable doorstep navigation by riders, provide real-time order tracking, prevent fraud, and conduct geo-analytics including Size Density Analytics.
Type
Precise (foreground) and, where opted in, background location to enable accurate rider arrival predictions.
Control
Revocable through device settings; revocation may affect order placement and tracking accuracy.
4.2 Notification Permission
Purpose
To send you push notifications regarding order status, rider arrival, trial countdown, payment status, refund updates, offers, restock alerts, and size recommendation updates.
Control
Disable through device or in-app notification preferences. Transactional notifications for active orders may continue via SMS/email.
4.3 Camera and Photo Library Permission
Purpose
To enable profile picture upload, return-related photographs, reviews with images, and AI-based or visual size measurement tools.
Control
Revocable at any time.
4.4 Contacts Permission (Optional)
Purpose
To enable referral and gift-sharing features. Fasfas does not upload your entire contact list; only the specific contact you choose to share with is processed.
Control
Revocable; denial does not affect core shopping.
4.5 SMS Permission (Where Applicable)
Purpose
Auto-reading OTPs for faster login and transaction authentication. We do not read or store any other SMS content.
Control
Deny and manually enter OTPs.
4.6 Storage / Files & Media Permission
Purpose
To enable image and document uploads and cache product images for performance.
Control
Revocable at any time.
4.7 Microphone Permission (If Applicable)
Purpose
Voice-based search or customer support voice notes, only when initiated by you.
Control
Revocable at any time.
4.8 Bluetooth and Nearby Devices Permission (If Applicable)
Purpose
Enhanced location accuracy and proximity detection (such as rider arrival at doorstep).
Control
Revocable at any time.
